South Midlands Powerlifting proudly represents our region as part of British Powerlifting (BP) under the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF). Affiliated with the English Powerlifting Association (EPA), we are the regions representatives for drug-free powerlifting.
Our division covers Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Hampshire, and the Isle of Wight. We organise regular competitions throughout the year, catering to lifters of all ages and abilities. Whether you're a beginner stepping onto the platform for the first time or an experienced lifter competing at British or World Championships, you'll find a supportive and encouraging community here.
Powerlifting isn't just about strength—it's about fun, personal growth, and being part of a vibrant, inclusive community. There's no minimum strength requirement to participate; we welcome everyone who wants to compete or simply give it a try.
