You do need a valid British Powerlifitng membership to enter this! If you don’t have one or are in the process of renewing you can enter and then let us know what your number is.

The Spring Showdown, brought to you by the Cold Blood Classic promoters, is now available to enter!

11am lift-off
What you can expect: a high-quality production including professional lighting and stage set-up as seen at our Winter Classic, warmup area including calibrated plates and good quality combo racks, participation medals as well as prizes and trophies for top 3 best overall male and female athletes. Photography/videography packages will also be available, to document your PBs!

Elite Bodyworks Powerlifting Competition
Comp Date - Sunday 22nd March
Closing date for entries - Sunday 8th March, entries may close earlier if capacity
is reached.
At Elite Bodyworks Gym, Unit 10 Bessemer Park, Bessemer Rd, Basingstoke,
Hampshire, RG21 3NB.
This facility has parking available.
Ideal comp for beginners through to more experienced lifters trying to obtain a
QT or GL.
Entries are limited to 50 lifters with all British Powerlifting divisions welcome.
First Weigh-in 8:00am-9.30am/Lifting starts at 10.00am, Second Weigh-in times
and lifting groups/schedules to be announced once entries have closed.
No entries are accepted unless you have fi lled out the form, including a valid BP
Membership & payment is made in full.
